The Kids Festival
We have hired the beautiful Braziers Park campsite for this event — a 15 acre gem of ancient woodland, open meadows and large campfire area in the Oxfordshire countryside near Goring on Thames.
Designed especially for families with children, this small and friendly gathering is all about slowing down, getting outdoors and enjoying simple adventures together. Expect a laid-back weekend of camping, forest school activities and some campfire tunes under the stars. There will also be pizzas available to buy on the Saturday evening and brunch available on the Sunday morning (a pre order link will be sent in advance of the event for this).
This is the first family camping event we have done at Braziers Park and this test event will be for a maximum of 20 families- helping to create a safe and relaxed and community atmosphere.
What’s Included?
- Private hire of the 15 acre campsite just for us
- Outdoor kids activities with Lottie from Wildflowers Forest School
- Face painting
- A communal campfire and firewood
- Some acoustic music around the campfire
- Pizzas available to to buy in advance of the event for the Saturday night and brunch for the Sunday
- Toilets, wood fired showers and water taps on site
What to Bring
- Tent and camping equipment
- Snacks and your own drinks
- Warm and waterproof clothes in case of bad weather
- Outdoor games
